Liability for Content
As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages under general law. However, I am not obligated to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, nor am I obligated to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected by this. Liability arises only from the time I become aware of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such violations, I will remove the content immediately.
Liability for Links
This website contains links to external third-party websites (e.g., streaming, online store, and social media platforms), over whose content I have no control. I assume no liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. At the time the links were created, no legal violations were apparent. If I become aware of any legal violations, I will remove such links immediately.
