Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you. This statement informs you about what data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose, and on what legal basis. This website does not use any analytics or tracking tools, nor does it use advertising tracking.
3. Hosting
I host this website myself on a virtual server (Amazon EC2). The infrastructure provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. The server is located in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). LiteSpeed is used as the web server. I have a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable, and efficient provision of this website.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Mein berechtigtes Interesse liegt in einer sicheren, stabilen und effizienten Bereitstellung dieser Website.
4. Server-Logfiles
When you visit this website, data is automatically transmitted and stored in the server’s log files. This data includes: IP address, date and time of the request, page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, response status code, the previously visited page (referrer), and browser and operating system information (user agent).
This processing serves to deliver the website, ensure security, and analyze errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The log files are deleted after 30 days. They are not combined with other data sources.
5. Cookies und ähnliche Technologien
This website does not set any cookies for analytical or marketing purposes. Technically necessary storage is based on Section 25(2)(2) of the German Telemedia Act (TDDDG) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. For embedded third-party content (see Section 7), the website obtains your consent in advance.
6. Contacting Me and the Contact Form
If you contact me via email, phone, or the contact form (booking request), I will process the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, subject, message, and voluntary information regarding the event, location, and date) in order to process and respond to your inquiry. The form is implemented using the WordPress plugin “Fluent Forms.” The data you enter is stored on my server and sent to me via email. It is not shared with third parties.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR if your inquiry is related to a contract ( .g., a booking) or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which covers my legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. If you have given your consent, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
I will delete your inquiry as soon as it has been resolved and there is no legal obligation to retain it, but no later than 12 months. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply.
7. Embedded Content (YouTube and SoundCloud)
This website embeds videos from YouTube and mixes from SoundCloud. When this content is loaded, a connection is established to the respective provider’s servers. In the process, data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page you visited, as well as cookies or similar identifiers may be transmitted. If you are logged in to the provider’s service, the provider may associate your visit with your account.
The content is not loaded until you have given your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)() GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect by changing the cookie or consent settings on this website or by clearing your browser data.

9. Fonts
The fonts and icons used on this website are loaded locally from my own server. There is no connection to servers operated by Google or other providers.
